Apps Uptime report details

  • **Uptime numbers include standard Google Workspace editions only**—These include Business Starter, Business Standard, and Business Plus; Enterprise; Education Fundamentals, Education Standard, and Education Plus; G Suite Basic and G Suite Business; Essentials. Other special editions or versions of Google Workspace are not included.
  • **An uptime number is a ratio**—It is the total time a service *was available* when users requested it divided by the total time users *requested* it. We calculate this ratio using data aggregated across all users of standard Google Workspace editions.
  • **Uptime numbers are published monthly**—Publication time varies, depending on factors, such as any service incidents. Sometimes, it takes a few days to process the data. If uptime numbers aren't available, please check back.
