"400 Bad Request" accessing web resources

Problem
When you try to access any web resource you get an Error 400.
Environment
Solution
- Remove cookie blocking for the web resource.
- On your Chrome browser navigate to Settings > Privacy and security > Site settings > Additional content settings > On-device site data.
- Direct URL chrome://settings/content/siteData
- Check the table Not allowed to save data on your device.
- Relaunch the browser.
- Try to access the resource again.
This can be prevented by using the Cookies policies on the Admin console:
- Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users and browsers > Cookies.
- Change the default cookie settings to Allow cookies.
- OR check also:
- Allow cookies for URL patterns.
- Block cookies for URL patterns.
- Allow session-only cookies for URL patterns.
