Account suspended due to bandwidth


The user is suspended and the reason in the Admin console shows:
User suspended due to bandwidth limit reached.

  • Admin console


The user may be restored no more than 5 times in a year in the Admin console:
  1. Sign in to the Admin console.
  2. Click on Users.
  3. Locate the user and click the user's name.
  4. And then Restore user in the red banner.
Note: Accounts should only be used by a single person so this won't happen again.


Bandwidth limit can happen due to reaching the hour or daily limit of uploads and downloads, this may happen due to many devices or email clients using the same account, it may happen in the page or a mail client.
