Add a new subscription

Problem
Unable to access any service with a new account.
Environment
- Accounts with no active Google Workspace subscription
Solution
- Sign in to the Admin console.
- Navigate Billing > Get more services.
- From the list of subscriptions, select Start free trial under your preferred one.
- Keep in mind that the Essentials subscriptions do not include Gmail service.
- Follow the steps on screen to complete the new subscription purchase.
- Once the subscription has been added, the access to Google services should be reinstated.
Cause
Users without a subscription assigned cannot access Google Workspace services.
