Add multiple Google Workspace accounts on a device


How can you add multiple Google Workspace accounts on a single device.

  1. Identify which accounts will be used as secondary email addresses for the mobile devices. 
  2. Move or place the accounts that will be used as secondary accounts to a separate organizational unit. 
  3. Go to your Admin console .
  4. Go to Devices > Mobile & endpoints > Universal settings > General > Mobile management.
  5. Choose the organizational unit where you placed the secondary accounts.
  6. Now set the selected organizational unit to Basic.
  7. To avoid errors, wait a couple of hours and then add the secondary account to the device. 

Note: Please keep in mind that you will lose several managing functions when switching from Advanced to Basic


You cannot add two Google Workspace accounts that are both under Advanced mobile management.
