Problem
You have disabled the option to allow users to update their own profile photo and you have set up profile photos for users as an admin but the old profile picture is still showing up in the Admin console for some users.
Environment
- Admin console
- Directory settings
- Album archive
Solution
- Access the Album Archive while being signed in as the affected user.
- Once there, click on the album called Profile photos.
- Select the profile picture.
- Click the three dots options button in the upper right corner and select Delete photo.
Cause
Even when the profile picture is updated from the Admin console for a user, the picture they already had may get stuck and continue showing in the Admin console.
