Allow users to modify Quick unlock on ChromeOS

Problem
You are unable to set up Quick unlock on ChromeOS when logged in as managed user.
Environment
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- In the left panel select Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users and browsers.
- Search for the QuickUnlockModeAllowlist policy.
- Allow the PIN or the fingerprint
- Save the changes.

This option is disabled by default for managed users.
