Android work apps are grayed out

Problem
Work apps are grayed out on Managed mobile devices.
Environment
- Android devices
- Mobile management
Solution
- On the affected Mobile device with gray Work Apps, please go to settings of your Personal tab.
- Then look and click Work profile and the pop up to turn it ON will be available.
- Please click Turn on.
- Then it shows all the Work Apps running no more gray Apps.
Cause
The work profile option is disable in the Personal tab settings. Causing the Work tab being disabled.
