Calendar event information available to external users


External user can only see "busy" or "free" in my Calendar events.


Sharing Primary Calendar with external users.


  1. In your Admin console.
  2. Navigate to Apps > Google Workspace > Calendar > Sharing Settings.
  3. Click Sharing Settings.
  4. Look for External sharing options for primary calendars and make sure that no option is selected other than Only free/busy information (hide event details).
  5. Select your preferred option.
  6. Click Save.
