Problem
When trying to access Google Docs you get the following error message: The user can't access Google Docs within this network.

- Mobile Devices
Solution
You must apply one of the solutions described below depending on the cause:
If the issue is due to the third-party filter application that is pushed in the Admin Console which is Securly, please follow the following steps:
- In your Google Admin console.
- Go to Menu > Devices > Chrome > Apps & extensions > Users & browsers.
- Find the app that you want to configure policies for.
- Under Installation policy, choose Block.
- Click Save.
Or, if the administrator can configure context-aware access rules to allow access to apps only from specific IPs, countries, etc. You must apply these steps:
- Go to Security > Context Aware Access > Assign access levels.
- Check if any access levels are applied to affected Organitzational Units and apps.
