Cannot enable ADB on managed ChromeOS devices

Problem

When trying to enable ADB, the option is greyed out and you cannot find a policy to enable it.

Solution

To enable and use ADB, you must sign in using a consumer account ending in: 
@gmail.com

Since ADB is not available for managed accounts at this moment.
