Problem
You cannot find the Android applications on Chrome Devices policy.
Environment
- Admin console
Solution
To enable the policy subscription
- Go to the Admin console.
- On the menu at the left click on Billing > Subscriptions.
- Click on Add or upgrade a subscription.
- Select Devices under categories.
- Click Get Started under Android management.
- Complete the checkout.
If you already enabled the subscription and yet the policy is not visible
- Go to the Admin console.
- On the menu at the left click on Billing > Subscriptions.
- Click on the Android management subscription.
- On the menu on the left, click on the option to Cancel the subscription.
- Complete the process for the cancellation.
- Once the cancellation is completed, please add the subscription again.
