Cannot redirect USB on Horizon Virtual Machine

Problem
You are unable to see a USB drive on the list of USB devices to redirect to the Horizon remote machine.
Environment
- Chromebooks
- Chrome OS managed
Solution
You must set the policy "USB Access" on the Admin console by following the steps described below:
- On the Admin console go to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Device.
- Select the OU where you have the Chromebook.
- Look for the USB Access policy.
- Add the VID and PID of the USB on it.
- Save the changes.
