Change an email address linked to Google Workspace

Problem
As an administrator you would like to change the personal email address that was used to sign up for Google Workspace.
Environment
Solution
- Sign in to the Admin console.
- Select Menu > Account > Account settings > Profile.
- Select Edit Contact info > Secondary email.
- Save your changes.
Cause
The administrator signed up with an incorrect email address or is no longer valid.
