Change an email address linked to Google Workspace

Problem

As an administrator you would like to change the personal email address that was used to sign up for Google Workspace.

Environment

  • Admin console

Solution

  1. Log in to the Admin console.
  2. Select Menu > Account > Account settings > Profile.
  3. Select Edit Contact info > Secondary email.
  4. Save your changes.

Cause

The email address  used is no longer valid or incorrect.
