Devices failing to Auto-Update


Chrome OS Flex Devices are failing to auto-update.


Some devices may experience trouble auto-updating, check out some common issues.


Check your network settings:

  1. Review any recent changes in the network.
  2. Ensure all appropriate domains are withing the allowlist in the content filter and SSL-inspection sections.
  3. Test by connecting the machine to a mobile hotspot (for laptops) and an unrestricted LAN network (for desktops).
