Chrome OS native printer not visible for managed Chromebooks

Problem

A printer was added in the Admin console but it was not showing up across managed Chromebooks.

Solution

Add the printer using a different Uniform Resource Identifier (URI).
- Socket, no port, no path

Cause

URI was incorrect.
