Problem
Your chromebook status is showing as deprovisioned even it's already been provisioned.
Environment
Solution
- When reprovisioning a chromebook device, make sure that the device details or info are still the same before it was de-provisioned.
- The device serial number may not be the same after the repair of the device. press Alt + V on the login screen to check the serial number.
Cause
The device has been repaired with a new serial number or info
