Chromebook cannot update to Chrome OS latest version

Problem
You cannot update a specific model of Chromebook to the latest version of ChromeOS.
Environment
Solution
On Serving Builds Chrome OS . Check the model and see what OS versions are supported. Sometimes, when latest release of OS is not available for specific Chromebook model(s), when it did not pass the testing of the engineers for compatibility and stability. And in such case version marked as non-green color. If color of cell is green, proceed to consult T2 as it is a general auto-update issue (provide combined logs).
