Problem
Your Chromebook is not reporting any recent users or the information for them is not updated even if the Report device user tracking policy is already enabled and the device is syncing, but the recent users' information is not being reported properly.

Solution
You must disable the Recent Users policy information to be reported properly by following the steps described below:
Go to Devices > Chrome.
Click Settings and then Device.
Look for the User Data policy and change the value to Do not erase any local user data.
Save the changes.
Note: If the Erase local user data policy was previously set by a reason, setting it to Do not erase any local user data might have side effects, consult with the person who set this policy before.
