Your recently enrolled Chomebooks are showing a the following message: Chromebook managed by [user account].

If it has been less than 24 hours since you enrolled your device, this is an expected behaviour and the correct message showing Chromebook managed by [your domain should appear soon.

If more than 24 hours have past since the enrollment and the issue persists:
  1. Contact support.
  2. Open chrome://policy and check the status boxes ( there should be 2 boxes, one for Machine policies and the other for User policies)


Changing settings or performing tasks, such as managing mobile devices and users, will take effect in a few minutes for most customers. Some changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
