Problem
A recently enrolled device displays the message "Chromebook managed by [user@domain]", rather than the intended "Chromebook managed by [domain]" on the sign-in screen.

Solution
The device will display this message as a placeholder, and will change automatically after it successfully updates its policies for the first time. This can also happen when the device belongs to an account with no domain associated with it or in rare cases due to a server-side bug, in which case the message will not be updated even after 24-48 hours.
For devices associated with a domain, file a bug report.
