Problem
Company logo not showing across Google services after it was added in the Admin console.
Environment
- Google Workspace Subscription
Solution
- Sign in to the Admin console.
- Go to Menu > Account > Account settings > Personalization.
- Click the down arrow to open the Personalization panel.
- Check under Logo to confirm that the image has been uploaded correctly.
- If it has been uploaded, propagation time needs to be allowed to start appearing across the services.
Cause
Logo that have been uploaded recently in the Admin console.
