Deskphones are showing offline

Problem
After adding a deskphone for Google Voice, you notice that it still shows offline.
Environment
- Poly OBi 302
- Google Voice
- Admin console
Solution
To fix the issue, folow the steps listed below.
- Deprovision the device in the Admin console .
- Factory reset the device.
- Setup the device again.
- Add it via the Admin console.
- Assign an email/number to the device.
