Devices not connecting to network


Unable to connect Chrome OS Flex device to the network.


Chrome OS Flex devices, particularly laptops, are sometimes unable to detect a Wi-Fi network or show Wi-Fi as being turned off.


  1. Please see Troubleshoot Flex Devices for additional information and troubleshooting steps.
  2. Make sure your certified device is on the latest stable release.
  3. Refer to the Certified Models List, to see if there are any additional specifications for your device.
If after testing the following option above and your Chrome OS Flex device is still unable to connect to or find a network please contact Chrome Enterprise Support.
