Emails are not visible in Outlook when using GWSMO

Problem
You noticed that your Google Workspace emails are not visible in Microsoft Outlook.
Environment
Solution
- In the Start menu, click Google Workspace Sync > Set up a Google Workspace Sync user.
- Enter the email address for your Google Account and click Continue.
- Enter your password and click Next.
- Click Allow to provide GWSMO access to your Google Account.
- Click Create profile.
Cause
The Outlook profile was corrupted.
