Enrollment permissions in the Admin console

Problem

Enrollment policies for users.

Environment

  • ChromeOS devices

Solution

  1. Log in to the Admin console.
  2. Using the left side menu, go to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users and browsers. 
  3. Select the OU where the user trying to enroll the device is located.
  4. Look for the policy Enrollment permissions.
  5. Select Allow users in this organization to re-enroll existing devices and new devices.
  6. Click Save.
