Problem
You are unable to create a work profile on an Android device.
Environment
- Android devices, 6.0+ with advanced management enabled
Solution
- Verify the following conditions are met:
- A personal account is configured on the mobile.
- Android sync is ON.
- Third party EMM is disabled.
- Android management is enabled.
- Device is not on Android Go OS (special android build for low-cost devices).
- If the result is still negative provide the following information to your support specialist:
- Device model
- OS version
- Username
- Android bugreport
