嘗試分享檔案時收到錯誤訊息

問題

與非 Google 使用者共用檔案時，系統會顯示以下錯誤訊息： 
Can't share with "external email address" because you already shared items with non Google users 5 times this month".

環境

  • Google 雲端硬碟

解決方案

  1. 使用者每個月只能與非 Google 帳戶共用檔案 5 次。
  2. 建議非 Google 使用者註冊成為 Google 消費者帳戶。
