Error message when trying to download SSAE18 - SOC 2 AICPA Trust Service Criteria report

Problem

You are unable to download SSAE18 - SOC 2 AICPA Trust Service Criteria report and receive the error message: 
Failed to download selected reports.

Environment

  • Compliance Report Manager

Solution

Make sure you are not logged into multiple Google accounts.
  1. Open a new Google Chrome Incognito window.
  2. Log out and log back into one account only.
  3. Go here and select the desired report. 
  4. Click Download.

Cause

Cannot download report when logged into multiple accounts simultaneously.
