Problem
When you go to the address book, instead of seeing the phone number and address in the fields, there is a text file attached in the Notes section titled Gmail properties with no Outlook mapping for each of the contacts. This text file has the address and phone number.
Solution
Extend the timeout period by modifying the user's registry:
Using your Google Workspace account logins, go to Google Contacts.
On the left panel, click Export to export a CSV file that contains all of the contacts.
Once done with CSV file download, delete all contacts.
After deletion of contacts, click Import on the left panel and then select the CSV file that was just exported/downloaded.
Once done, do a Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook sync again.
Cause
Google Workspace Sync for Microsoft Outlook is experiencing network timeouts.
