Google Keep Collaboration not working


The email address that you recently made (4 days ago) is not working with Google Keep collaboration.

As part of the troubleshooting step, you need to apply the following steps:
  1. Make sure that the service for Google Keep is turned ON.
  2. Try to use a different email address to check if if's working with other users.
  3. If your user is the only one that is experiencing the issue, put it into an OU and turn off Google Keep service for a couple of hours, then turn it back on.
  4. Wait for the propagation and Google Keep collaboration should be working properly. 


It's possible that the email address is just newly created without any interaction for any other users that's why it's still not being recognized by the system.
