Problem
Google Voice is not ready on the user's end.
Environment
- Google Voice
- Admin console
Solution
- Access the Admin console.
- Go to Apps > Google Workspace > Google Voice.
- Add and assign a number and an address to the user
- Save the changes and wait for possible propagation.
Cause
User does not have a number and address assigned in the Admin console.
