Solution

  1. From a super administrator account, go to the Admin console.
  2. Go to Account settings > Legal and compliance.
We do not issue copies of this agreement since the HIPAA BAA is made available to customers for electronic acceptance via their Admin console. Such an electronic agreement is as binding as a paper-based agreement and it has the same legal effect.
