How to apply restrictions for ChromeOS devices

Problem

You need to restrict users from adding accounts to your Chromebook domain. 

Environment

  • Policies
  • Sign-in restrictions

Solution

  1. Log in to the Admin console.
  2. Go to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Device.
  3. Look for the Sign-in restriction policy.
  4. Select the Restrict sign-in value for a list of users.
  5. You can add the specific emails or allowlist a domain following this format: @example.com
