How to backup a users data before account deletion

Problem
How can you back up a user's Gmail and Google Drive data prior to deleting their account?
Environment
- Admin console
- Data Export tool
Solution
- Sign in to the Admin console.
- In the right panel under Tools, click Data Export.
- Click Start export.
- When the export completes, view and download the exported data promptly.
Note: The exported data is available in Cloud Storage for 30 days, and then it's permanently deleted.
