How to block ChromeOS desktop notifications

Problem
As an admin you want to block desktop notifications for users as inappropriate content might be displayed through them.
Environment
Solution
- Go to the Admin console.
- Select Devices > Chrome > Settings > Device.
- Select the Organizational Unit that contains the users you want to affect.
- Change the Notifications policy to Do not allow sites to show desktop notifications.
- Save changes.
