How to block emails from external sources

Problem
How can you block emails from certain domains when you are getting unwanted emails.
Environment
- Admin console
- Spam settings
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console as an administrator.
- Navigate to Menu > Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Spam, Phishing and Malware.
- To apply the setting to everyone, leave the top organizational unit selected
- Scroll to Blocked Senders and choose Add another rule.
- Enter a description for the Blocked Sender setting.
- Select Create or Edit List.
- In the Manage Address list window, click Add Blocked List.
- Enter a name for the list.
- Click Add Addresses to domain names to the list.
- For example, add testdomain.com to block all emails that end with @testdomain.com.
- After you've added all the domains, click Save.
