Go to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & browsers.
Scroll down to the Hardware tab and look for the External storage devices policy.
Configure as Disallow external storage devices.
Cause
The customer may want to block external storage devices for many reasons, for example to protect company's sensitive data to be shared out of the company.
