How can you cancel a Chrome upgrade subscription?

Solution

  1. Contact the Google Workspace Support team.
  2. Request to cancel your subscription.
  3. Deprovision the devices.
Please note that this change could take from 24 to 48 hours to propagate.

Cause

This process is handled by Product Fulfillment team if the licenses were purchased through a reseller, otherwise go to Billing > Subscriptions > Cancel your subscription.
