How to cancel a data export

How do you cancel a Data Export?

• Admin console

1. Remove the Super Admin rights of another user.
   1. Log in to the Admin console.
   2. Go to Menu > Directory > Users.
   3. Click the user's name (the admin whose privileges you wish to revoke) to open their account page.
   4. Click Admin roles and privileges.
   5. Click the slider to revoke a role.
   6. At the bottom of the section, click Save.

A brief pop-up confirmation message that the role has been updated, and administrators will receive a confirmation email.

If your Google Account loses super admin privileges while an export you started is running, the export is automatically canceled. No data is exported, and other super admins receive an email notification that the export was unsuccessful.
