How to check the delivery status of an email message

Problem
A user emailed you and you don't remember receiving the message. They shared the message ID so you can check the email's delivery status
Environment
Solution
- Go to the Admin console.
- Select Reporting > Email Log Search.
- Paste the message ID and set Date to the option that is close to the date when the email was sent.
- Click the results and check the Recipient details section to confirm the email status.
