Solution

The maximum number of participants per meeting depends on the type of subscription. The absolute max is 500 participants for Business Plus users.

 For meetings larger than 500 participants, it is suggested to use a Google Meet livestream instead. Up to 100,000 viewers from your domain can join a livestream.
