How can you disable an existing routing rule?
Environment
Solution
- In your Admin console go to Apps > Google Workspace > Gmail > Routing.
- Scroll down to Email forwarding using recipient address map.
- Click Edit.
- Remove the correct mapping address.
- Save changes
