How to disable Auto Licensing

Problem
You are not able to turn off Auto Licensing in the Admin console.
Environment
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Select Billing > Subscriptions > Add or upgrade a subscription.
- Select Cloud subscriptions and enable Cloud Identity free.
- Go back to the main Subscriptions page and select the Google Workspace edition.
- Click License settings and then turn off Auto Licensing.
Cause
Auto Licensing cannot be disabled because there's only 1 subscription active in the Admin console.
