How to disable password recovery for users

Problem
Need to disable the password recovery for users.
Environment
Solution
- Go to the Admin console.
- Click Security.
- Click Account recovery.
- Switch the option to use password recovery to OFF.
- Save the changes.
Cause
Users that are no longer in the company are resetting their own passwords and gaining access to the account.
