Problem
How can you edit auto attendant in order to change the added users.
Environment
Solution
- Go to your Admin console.
- Go to Menu > Apps > Google Workspace > Google Voice.
- Click Auto attendants.
- Select the Auto attendant you need to edit.
- Do the changes required.
- Publish the Auto attendant in order to apply the changes done.
Cause
Auto attendant need to be manually updated and published.
