How to enable Screen Lock policy in Chromebook devices

Problem
You want to enable the lock screen when returning from sleep policy in a Chromebook device.
Environment
Solution
- Log in to the Admin console.
- Navigate to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & browsers.
- Under Idle settings set Lock screen on sleep or lid close to Lock screen.
- This setting is different from Smart Lock which is about unlocking a device with an android phone.
Cause
Smart Lock policy is disabled.
