How to enroll a Chromebox as Google Meet Hardware

Problem

You have purchased a Chromebox not from a Google Meet Hardware reseller, but you are unable to use it as a Google Meet Hardware device.

Solution

This is working to product specification.

Google Meet Hardware and Chrome OS devices are only supported in the original configuration when purchased. You will not be able to convert Chromeboxes or Chromebases purchased with standard Chrome OS to a video conferencing systems.
