Problem
You purchased your domain while signing up for Google Workspace; however, the domain is being hosted with another company. You would like to manage your domain DNS settings, but you don't know how to access to this third party hosting company since you don't have your sign in credentials.

Solution
Follow these steps to find who your domain registrar is and what your account sign-in name and password are:
1. From your Admin console, go to Domains > Manage domains.2. Next to your domain name, select View Details in the Status column.
3. Click Advanced DNS settings
4. You’ll find the sign-in name and password for your domain host account.
Cause
When you purchase a domain during Google Workspace sign-up, the domain is registered with one of the following registrars:
- Google Domains
- GoDaddy
- Enom
- DomainDiscount24
