How to force files to be saved into Google drive

Problem
You want to save you files locally in ChromeOS.
Environment
Solution
- Open the Admin console.
- Go to Devices > Chrome > Settings > Users & browsers.
- Select the proper Organizational unit where the users are located.
- Look for the policy called Download location and set it as Force Google Drive.
- Save the changes.
